CP - Spring-summer 2026 diary
Heads and legs! That's one of the special features of the La Plagne calendar, which skilfully combines cultural and sporting events throughout the summer season.
New this summer: an artists' residency in collaboration with the Campagne Première association, which promotes contemporary art, the French downhill canoeing and kayaking championships, and the vertiginous La 6D Crêtes trail during the La 6000D weekend.
4 summer highlights

6th edition. At an altitude of over 2,000 m, Belle Plagne welcomes Grand Masters from the four corners of the globe and passionate amateurs.

More than 350 competitors are expected on the mythical Isère river, a mecca for whitewater sports in France due to its sustained level.

36th edition. After breaking registration records in 2025 with over 5,000 participants, La 6000D Trail de Légende confirms its status as a must in the runners' calendar.
